For many Americans, the problem with breakfast is time – time to fix it and time to eat it.
A slow cooker is a great way to have hot cereals or egg casseroles ready first thing in the morning.
Boiled eggs, bananas, apples, pears, grapes, nuts, cheese cubes, vegetable sticks, or a sandwich half can be eaten on the run.
Whole grain products like bagels, waffles, pancakes, or quick breads can be put on a plate and covered with plastic wrap the night before; then they will be ready to put into the microwave in the morning and top with peanut butter, fruit, yogurt, cottage cheese, or whatever else sounds yummy!
Be creative and make your own breakfast of champions!
