The love bug can bring on the endorphins big time! So get huggy and cuddly with your partner to enjoy an endorphin rush.
Couples who enjoy an intimate relationship decrease overall stress and improve health, not only physically, but also emotionally.
Intimate touch means more than just making love; just making out can turn on the chemical process. When making love, the human body releases endorphins, but also produces chemicals that create stronger feelings of affection between couples; the activity stimulates production of growth hormones that reduce fatty tissue and increase lean muscle; and it burns off more than 100 calories per hour.
And remember, absolutely no television in the bedroom. Research has shown that couples who do not have a TV in their bedroom make love twice as often as those who do! Need I say more?
